Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• This property has one external security camera on the back of the house close to the roof line. It is pointed away from the back of the house and looking into the woods. No other cameras are present at the property.
• Access and parking are along a one-way road; see Parking Information below for details.

Policies and Rules

• CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Pet Friendly. Dogs are welcome. Pet rent is $25+tax per night for each dog.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy above).
• Firewood for the indoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
• Pet rent is $25+tax per night for each dog.

Parking Information

• There is parking space for a maximum of 4-5 cars parked end to end along a one-way road.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Bed linens and towels are provided.
• Well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, stove, oven, and dishwasher.
• Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer are provided.
• High-speed internet is available.
• Pool table available for guest use.
• A "starter set" of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Hair dryers are not provided.
